Elk Grove Parade 2024. The illumination holiday festival starts at 3:00 at district 56, the elk grove community center. Join us for the parade of lights, brought to you by the elk grove lions club, the city of elk grove and sutter health.
All eyes (and feet) moved to the street for the 6 p.m. As you can expect, parts of several roads will be closed during the parade and the city of elk grove.
